Young Leaders in Ministry Fund

Closing date: 30th September 2019

To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Act of Disestablishment and to support Church of Ireland Ministry in the future, the Church of Ireland Youth Department has created a bursary fund to significantly encourage the number of young people undertaking mission and training experiences that would benefit ministry in the Church.

Preaching in the most westerly Church of Ireland church building in Cork, Cloyne and Ross, and the most southerly Church of Ireland church on the island of Ireland, the Church of Saint Brendan the Navigator in Crookhaven, Bishop Paul Colton reflected on the challenges facing the Church in sparsely populated rural areas in Ireland.

Exhibition of Church of Ireland architectural drawings to open in Dublin on Tuesday (7th May)

An exhibition of the Church of Ireland’s historical architectural drawings – entitled A Visual Window to an Ecclesiastical World – will be launched by the Archbishop of Armagh, the Most Revd Dr Richard Clarke, next Tuesday evening (7th May) at the Architecture Gallery, in the Irish Architectural Archive, 45 Merrion Square, Dublin.
