The Lecale Area Mission Partnership (LAMP) is a group of small rural parishes situated in County Down in the Church of Ireland Diocese of Down and Dromore.

We seek to appoint a Rector who:

– is an experienced spiritual leader who can manage, inspire and help to build a ministry team;

– has a heart for outreach and evangelism;

– is a skilled and sensitive preacher able to teach God’s word and communicate the gospel effectively;

– possesses the organisational skills necessary to manage a group like ours;

– will be actively engaged in an ecumenical context and

– will enable all within LAMP to be cared for pastorally in a robust and consistent way.
