The winners of the 2019 Communications Competition for the best websites and social media platforms from parishes, dioceses and church organisations were announced today by Bishop Pat Storey at the General Synod reception in the Guildhall, Derry/Londonderry.
The Most Revd Dr Richard Clarke, Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland, delivered his Presidential Address to the Synod shortly after business began today.
The Synod Eucharist took place this morning in St Columb’s Cathedral, and the preacher was the Rt Revd Ferran Glenfield, Bishop of Kilmore, Elphin and Ardagh.
