Daily Worship App

The Church of Ireland’s Daily Worship app helps you to grow in your relationship with God, and brings encouragement wherever you go through Bible readings and prayers from the Book of Common Prayer for each day of the year.  The app can be downloaded to Apple and Android mobile phones.

Daily Worship draws on our rich liturgical resources and provides liturgies for our Holy Communion, Morning and Evening Prayer, Late Evening Office, and Compline services.

• Complete Bible readings for every day from the Lectionary (New Revised Standard Version)

• Instant access to prayers and responses, collects and Canticles

• Browsing by date to future or past daily readings and prayers

• Small, medium and large text sizes for the reader’s convenience

• Low light mode to avoid disruption in a service

• Options to show pointing in Canticles and to save data for quick offline access

• Authorised Church of Ireland content for all services

How can our app help you?

• Daily Worship allows for personal daily reflection through readings and prayers shared with Anglicans and other Christians across the world.

• Anyone taking part in a Church of Ireland service can use Daily Worship as they prepare for preaching, leading worship, intercessions, and reading the Bible.  If you will be using the app for readings, please use Bible readings from the New Revised Standard Version in the order of service.

• Daily Worship can also be helpful for preparing orders of service or screen projections for use in a parish setting.

As with any app, issues can arise from time in how the app may operate on your phone.  We rely on feedback from users to improve Daily Worship and your comments will therefore help others as well.
