Armagh Diocesan Response Guidance

Guidance has been issued to clergy in the Diocese of Armagh regarding their response to the coronavirus outbreak.  The Venerable Terry Scott, Archbishop’s Commissary, has written as follows:

Colleagues,

Below is some very helpful and practical information issued yesterday by Bishop John, our Archbishop–elect, to his clergy in Clogher.  I think they are very helpful as we work out our response to the challenges unfolding day by day and commend them to you.

I am most grateful to Bishop John for sharing them with us and trust that they will help answer many of the questions we have all been seeking guidance on regarding the functioning of everyday parish life. Further advice will no doubt be given in due course.

Please remember Bishop John in your prayers and continue to support and pray for each other, our parishioners and all those who find themselves on the front line at this time, especially all who work in our Health Service.

Terry Scott
Archbishop’s Commissary
