Death of Mrs Mary Moore
From the Bishop of Connor, the Rt Revd Alan Abernethy:
It was with great regret that the Diocese of Connor noted the recent death of Mrs Mary Moore on 9 July 2019.
Mary was the wife of the late Bishop Jimmy Moore who served as Bishop of Connor from 1995–2001. Mary was a devoted wife and mother and a thoroughly delightful personality. She was a great support to her husband throughout his ministry and will be greatly missed.
Our thoughts are with Peter and Gillian and the extended family.
The funeral will be held in St Columbanus, Ballyholme, on Monday 15 July 2019 at 10.00am with committal afterwards at Roselawn Cemetary commencing at 12pm.
