Dean of Clogher to attend 75th anniversary event for the D–Day landings

The Dean of Clogher, the Very Revd Kenneth Hall, will be representing Clogher Diocese at a special event at Enniskillen Model Primary School to mark the 75th anniversary of the D–Day landings on Thursday.

The Dean will join the High Sheriff for Fermanagh, as well as the Consul Generals for the US and Poland, and the New Zealand Honorary Consul, as well as the Vice–Chairman of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. A number of World War Two veterans will be attending along with representatives from the Army, Royal Air Force and Navy.

There will be a model of a Spitfire aircraft in the grounds along with US vehicles.
