Archbishop of Armagh welcomes new Presbyterian Moderator–designate

The Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland, the Most Revd Dr Richard Clarke, has issued the following statement to welcome the election of the new Moderator–designate of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, the Revd William Henry:

‘On behalf of the Church of Ireland, I wish to congratulate the Revd William Henry, and to wish him every blessing in the ministry he is about to undertake in leadership of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland. I look forward to working alongside him in the Church Leaders’ group following his installation in June.’
