Little Lights Praise Party
Armagh Youth and Children (AYaC) staged a children and toddlers’ praise party entitled “Little Lights” on Saturday, 19th January, at Mullabrack Parish Centre.
This was an exciting new adventure for us and did not disappoint. Diocesan Reader and local Nursery School Head Jill Hunter was our special speaker at the event. Jill split her talk into 3 separate slots:
(1) God created light;
(2) Jesus is the light of the world; and
(3) Let your light shine.
The praise and singing was led by Eileen and Stephen Trew and the Revd Graham Hare knitted everything together in his own special way. Hannah Hare helped the kids learn more through a craft activity and there was of course the mandatory juice and bickies!
A great time was had by all the kids, parents and families who came and this is definitely something we should do again.
