Statement of the Archbishop of Dublin

Statement of the Archbishop of Dublin, the Most Revd Dr Michael Jackson, following the discovery of the body of a young woman in the grounds of St Michan’s Church, Dublin:

‘Following the discovery of the body of a young woman in the grounds of St Michan’s Church of Ireland Church, Church Street, Dublin, in the early hours of Saturday May 12th I should like to express my sadness at her tragic death. I also wish to voice the sympathy of the Church of Ireland community in Dublin to all those close to her and to whom she meant a great deal as a person, a friend and a family–member. May she rest in peace and may those who mourn her loss be comforted in their distress.’
