Anglican & Ecumenical Affairs Working Group
The Anglican & Ecumenical Affairs Working Group met on Monday 23rd January 2017 at the Church of Ireland Theological Institute. Canon Ian Ellis became the Working Group’s convener, Bishop Michael Burrows having stepped down from the role, while remaining a member of the Working Group.
The Working Group considered resolutions 1–5 of ACC–16, with a particular focus on the Intentional Discipleship document, and the Porvoo Communion’s Riga report. Recommendations were later presented to the Commission for Christian Unity and Dialogue.
