AccessNI Disclosure Application Process
From 1st April 2015, AccessNI has introduced online applications for all disclosures.
The applicant must register an account at www.nidirect.gov.uk/accessni and complete the disclosure application online using the PIN number of the Board of Education – 918066.
Please download and read the PIN notification and ID validation form which should be copied and given to the applicant for instruction.
Step one: Complete the online application. (This will be lodged automatically and immediately to the online account of the Board of Education for processing).
Step two: Complete the PIN notification and ID validation form. It must then be submitted in writing to the Board of Education before the application will be processed.
The Board of Education will no longer accept nor process paper applications. Any forms received will be returned to the rector.
