Bishops' Appeal Committee
NEW SECRETARY OF BISHOPS' APPEAL
The Revd Percy Patterson has assumed responsibility as Secretary of the Church of Ireland Bishops' Appeal.
Mr Patterson, who was Rector of Gilford in the Diocese of Dromore until 2000, has been a member of the Bishops' Appeal Committee since 1997. He is a long-standing supporter of Christian Aid, visiting Malawi as part of a Christian Aid group two years ago.
