In his former role as Bishop of Down and Connor, Archbishop Noel was a good friend to us in the Church of Ireland Diocese of Connor. We valued his friendship and his commitment to inter–church relationships and look back on many happy times spent in his company.

“I extend my sympathy to Archbishop Noel’s family and friends and to Bishop Alan McGuckian and the priests and people of Down and Connor in this time of loss.”
