Bishop George Davison expresses support for Belfast Multi–Cultural Association

The Bishop of Connor, the Rt Revd George Davison, has issued the following statement regarding this morning’s suspected arson attack on the Belfast Multi–Cultural Association’s property in South Belfast.

“I wish to express my support for the members of the Belfast Multi–Cultural Association following the suspected arson attack on their centre this morning. Everyone in our society has a right to live peacefully, and it is a matter of great regret that the actions of a few can cause such distress to the people who meet in these facilities. I would also appeal for anyone who has information about this incident to bring that forward to the PSNI.”
