Assistant Archivist (Level 1) – Representative Church Body Library
The Library of the Representative Church Body provides a repository for the Church of Ireland’s archives, manuscripts and related objects which tell the story of the Church’s community. The Library is seeking to appoint an Assistant Archivist (Level 1) for a temporary 18–month contract as part of a state–funded project to digitise registers of parish archive collections.
Appointment: The appointment will be for an initial fixed term of 18 months, commencing in January 2022.
Hours of work: Full–time (core 35 hour week).
Location: Based in the RCB Library, Braemor Park, Churchtown, Dublin 14.
Remuneration: In line with ARA Salary Recommendations for Archivist (Level 1).
