Audit Committee
The Audit Committee’s primary function is to assist the Executive Committee in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities by reviewing the financial statements, the systems of internal control and the audit process.
The Committee meets twice yearly with the auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers, to review the scope of the audit programme prior to audit, the outcomes for the year when the audit is completed and any issues arising from the audit.
